REFUNDS

You may request a refund at any time prior to the completion of a products funding.  TRiBI has a strict no refund policy on products that have completed their sale. In the case the product does not sell due to artist/ crafter acceptance if the listed product is not fully funded to the “retail value” refunds are issued to contributors minus a processing fee which is determined via the payment processor. TRiBI does not charge a fee for refund processing.  In order to determine the fee amount or dispute the fee you must contact the payment merchant with whom you used for the payment of that product.

In the case of product contribution payments that are equal to or under $1.00 US currency TRiBI does not issue refunds on unsuccessful product funding. For questions or concerns with this it is recommended that you reach out to the artist prior to making a contribution to the product that the artist has listed.  Feel free to reach out to TRiBI as well via our Contact Us page.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS.


If you have gone more than 60 days without receiving a refund for your contribution to an unsuccessful product sale please submit an inquiry through our contact page.

Alternatively if you would like to forfeit your refund as a charity to the artist please reach out to us via our contact page as well.


EXCHANGES

TRIBI does not process exchanges. To ask about an exchange you may contact the artist from whom you contributed. Artists do not agree to any exchanges and have the right to refuse exchanges.



SHIPPING RETURNS

TRIBI does not process returns. If the item has incurred damages in shipping you may contact the artist from whom you contributed to. Artists are not required to agree to returns and have the right to refuse returns. However if an item has been damaged in shipping and the artist does not assist in a resolution please reach out via our contact page.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
